Setting up alerts on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) is a great way to stay informed about market movements without constantly monitoring your screen. Here’s how you can set up alerts:
1. Open the Toolbox Window: Go to the “View” menu and select “Toolbox” or press Ctrl + T to open the Toolbox window.
2. Navigate to the Alerts Tab: In the Toolbox window, click on the “Alerts” tab.
3. Create a New Alert: Right-click in the Alerts tab and select “Create” from the context menu.
4. Configure the Alert: In the “Alert Editor” window, you can set the following parameters:
