My account is active, why am I unable to place a trade?

If you have a Prime Account, you can only trade pairs that include the @ sign (i.e. EURUSD@).
 To view all available instruments follow step below.
 For PC: 
 1- Log into the MT4 platform
 2- Click on ‘Market Watch’
 3- Right-click on any instrument
 4- Click on ‘Show All’ 
 5- All instruments with the ‘@’ sign should now be visible
 
 
 For Android: 
 1- Click on the pairs page
 2- Click on the plus sign (+) 
 3- Search using this symbol (@)
 4- Add instruments
